I am a queer femme, a neurodivergent human, a momma, an anti-capitalist lover of business, and a sex & relationship therapist.

My journey as a private practice owner has been a wild ride! I’ve struggled with fear, a scarcity mentality, imposter syndrome, and feeling so overwhelmed by all there is to do. Over time, I learned to lean into an abundance mentality, confidence in what I have to offer, and shaping my business around my needs. I now see neurodivergence as a superpower in my business. My ADHD brain allows me to endlessly explore new ideas & to hyper-focus like my life depends on it. This has allowed me to envision & create an expansive business rooted in my passions. My journey starting my own thriving private practice (now group practice!) inspired me to help other private practice owners do the same. I firmly believes that each person is capable of having a business that is nourishing, fulfilling, and impactful if they’re given the tools they need and the permission to fully embrace their authentic selves as business owners.

New clinicians have so much to offer! I get pretty heated about how often new clinicians are exploited in our field. My goal as a supervisor is to both support you in your clinical growth & offer you a space in which you feel valued, heard, seen, & empowered.
I can support you with building your authentic style as a clinician, with notes & admin tasks (and all the executive functioning things that come with this work), with imposter syndrome, and with private practice (if you have one or want to!).
I have experience with a variety of clinical concerns but specialize in sex therapy, couples/relationship therapy, queer & gender expansive folks, kink/BDSM, ethical non-monogamy, and neurodiversity (i.e. ADHD & Autistic folks). I primarily integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, & Gestalt Therapy.

As a therapist, I’ve discovered a passion for supporting other clinicians. I had lots of therapy experiences in which I felt like I became a colleague to my therapist rather than the client. Or I was stuck analyzing the therapy process and didn’t get the support I needed to actually sink into the experience. My goal is to see you as the client, to co-create a space with you in which you get to just be human. I want you to be able to show up as you are in the moment: raw, messy, emotional, excited, exhausted, resentful, hopeful, or whatever is there for you. I will help you explore the depths of your experience in new ways and find a path out of burnout and compassion fatigue. I also specialize in sexual concerns, relationships, neurodiversity, and working with queer & gender expansive folks.
